Libraries Closed for Veterans Day on November 11
Bibliotecas Cerrarán el 11 de noviembre para el Día De Los Veteranos
The Pima County Public Library and Oro Valley Public Library will be closed Wednesday, November 11, for Veterans Day. Book drops at all library locations will be open for you to return items. The library's online services, such as the catalog, My Account, and research databases will be available.
Quiet Zones in the Libraries

You can now find Quiet Zones at several of our branch libraries. These can be areas, such as meeting rooms, reserved for quiet activities, or parts of the day when library customers will be asked to use their library quietly.

Literacy Volunteers of Tucson and the library are offering a free program to adults over the age of 18 who want to learn how to speak, read, and write English.

Now is the time to realize your dream of becoming a United States citizen. Come to this free Citizenship Class offered by Pima Community College Adult Education. This class provides opportunities to learn about U.S. government and U.S. history and to improve your English language skills, while preparing for the Citizenship Exam.
