(Tucson, AZ) Pima County Public Library in collaboration with the Many Nations Team is proud to present a showcase of Golden Hour: A Showcase of Youth Poets! Are you—or do you know—a young local poet (ages 9 - 18)? We hope you'll consider submitting your poetry for a chance to share your poem live at one of three libraries.
Poets who are selected to read at a library will also be considered for the Final Showcase at the Fox Theatre (17 W Congress St.) on Sunday, June 28 from 5 to 6 pm.
Guidelines for poems:
- Should be short enough to be read in 3 minutes or less
- Can be in any language or mix of languages
- Can focus on any topic but has to be appropriate to be read in front of all ages
