Kirk-Bear Canyon Library invites you to view the work of local artist Emily Kleinfeld.

Artist Statement:
Always a creator, Brooklyn- turned Tucson-based artist, Emily, aka Bdle ("beetle"), explores the magical nuances in everyday life through art. Sources of inspiration have ranged from New York City pigeons and Parisian architecture to the vast beauty of the Sonoran Desert. The debut exhibit “Little Slices of Heaven” invites viewers to share comforting scenes. While chaos persists, externally and within, joy and peaceful simplicity in daily moments are celebrated through color, as light finds space to play.
