Update my Library Card Number in OverDrive or the Libby app

Did you get a replacement library card?

Did your Instant Digital Card expire?

We can help!

We can move all of your OverDrive / Libby account information, including checkouts, holds, history and wish lists to your new library card number.

This form is not for general help using our digital book services. Please call Infoline at 520-791-4010 or see our Digital Media Help for general help.

Only use this form if:

  • If you got a replacement library card, and you use OverDrive or the Libby app, OR
  • If you had an Instant Digital Card (using your cell phone number) for using OverDrive or the Libby app, and it has expired.

Please follow these steps then submit the form below

Step 1

Get your new library card number. If you already have a new library card, great! If you need one, apply online for an eCard.

Step 2

Login to OverDrive or the Libby app with your new library card number.

Step 3

Place a hold on any item or checkout any item in OverDrive or the Libby app. This will activate your new library card.

Step 4

Fill out the form below. We will contact you when we've moved everything over to your new library card number.

Send in your request

We need the email you use to get your OverDrive hold notifications, plus your new library card number.

Please note: We complete these requests on weekdays. We will contact you via email when your request has been completed.
