(Tucson, AZ) The Library is excited to invite readers everywhere to attend #ReadBlack and Rainbow Reads in 2022.
The Library's Kindred Team, opens a new window hosts #ReadBlack, a monthly book club perfect for those who want to further the conversation on Black literature, history, and culture. Most months, this event will be a facilitated discussion about a selected book about the Black experience, fictional or real. In June and December, #ReadBlack will offer readers an opportunity to participate in a round-robin conversation on a theme. Bring a book to share with others and discover new books to enjoy. The titles discussed will be featured in a book list on the Library's website.
