Swimming Pool—First in Tucson

Tucson's first swimming pool was the Wetmore pool built by Ralph A. Wetmore, a local water dowser and driller. This pool was built in 1918 on the present day site of the Tucson Mall.

(There are other "first swimming pools" mentioned in Tucson.  This is listed as the first swimming pool in Tucson because it comes from two valid resources.)
