Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona's Medicaid agency that offers health care programs to serve Arizona residents. Individuals must meet certain income and other requirements to obtain services.

Arizona Department of Economic Security

The Department of Economic Security (DES) Family Assistance Administration provides language assistance free of charge to those with limited English proficiency when assistance is needed for Nutrition Assistance, opens a new windowCash Assistance, opens a new window and some Medical Assistance (AHCCCS) programs. Health care for all Veterans, including those experiencing homelessness. VA’s specialized programs for homeless Veterans serve hundreds of thousands of homeless and at-risk Veterans each year. Independently and in collaboration with federal and community partners, VA programs provide Veterans with housing solutions, employment opportunities, health care, justice- and reentry-related services and more.
