The movie Hamlet 2 was released in theaters in 2008. It was filmed Albuquerque, New Mexico but set in Tucson. The general plot of the movie is about a failed actor teaching high school drama in Tucson who decides to stage a sequel to Hamlet.
The movie opens with the main character asking "Where does one go for dreams to die?" Then the movie shows a sign that says “Welcome to Tucson Arizona.”
Also, Hamlet 2 ends with the quotation; “Chuy, you're going to have a magical life. Because no matter where you go, it's always going to be better than Tucson.”
