Check with the Southern Arizona Beekeepers Association who maintains a list of Beekeepers or hobbyist beekeepers who may remove swarms or colonies.
There are also local companies who will remove bee colonies on private property. The Better Business Bureau has a list of accredited businesses in Tucson that remove bees.
No inexperienced person should ever attempt to remove or exterminate a colony of bees.
