Kirk-Bear Canyon Library invites you to view the works of local artist Francisco T. Norzagaray. The exhibit, People and Hummingbirds, will be on display until May 31, 2024.
Artist statement:
I was born in Nogales Sonora Mexico although I grew up in East LA and graduated from James A. Garfield High School. I worked there until 1991 then decided to come to live in Tucson and have been here since.
I am self-taught.
I am a father of four sons.
My work is about the people of the Southwest, as well as musicians, Hummingbirds, and anything to do with the culture of our Beautiful Sonoran Desert.
I use inks, colored pencils, pastels, acrylics, oils, watercolors, and continue to create something new daily.
I hope you will enjoy my Work!
