NMI 104 – Managing Staff & Volunteers
Saturday, March 16, 2013 9:00am - 5:00pm
In this course, participants will learn how to recruit, manage, motivate, recognize, and reward staff and volunteers in order to effectively utilize their strengths. Volunteer programs require the same type of managerial effort that any other program effort would require and there are many factors to consider in ensuring that the experience is positive for both the volunteer and the organization.
