The Pima County Public Library issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is currently soliciting for presentations, hands-on, workshops, tournaments, and special events.

If you or your organization would like to contract with the Library, take three easy steps:

1) Learn more about how to submit an application.

Attend the Pre-Proposal Conference:

April 13, 2017 at 3pm (Local AZ Time - MST)

2) Download the Pima County Solicitation Packet

Solicitation Number (RFP): 252189 Title: Library Presenter Services

If your proposal fits with the types of programs we are looking for, is responsive and scores well against our review criteria you could be represented on the roster of Library Presenters available to provide classes, demonstrations or support special events in libraries throughout Pima County.

3) Submit your proposal to the Pima County Procurement Department ON TIME with all of the information included.

Verbal requests for clarifications or interpretations are not accepted and the county may not answer any Questions or Deviation Requests that Offerors submit within 8 days of the solicitation.

Please note:

  • Proposals can only be mailed or delivered in person to the Pima County Procurement Department.
  • Late proposals will not be considered.
  • Incomplete proposals are deemed non-responsive.
  • Library-sponsored programs are free and open to the public, and therefore cannot include presenters seeking to provide tutoring sessions, private music lessons or other private, social, and/or for-profit activities. Such activities are not permissible in any of the Library's public meeting rooms.
