Try BrainHQ for a Healthy Brain!

BrainHQ by Posit Science is a new tool that all library card holders in Pima County now have access to!

Just use your library card number to create an account and you can start working your way through all the exercises and games made available to you.

What’s BrainHQ?

BrainHQ is a website and app full of brain-training exercises that help with brain elasticity, memory, and all the other good stuff that keeps us sharp.

Different games help with a different brain segment or habit, and you can select what you’d like to try or let BrainHQ select for you. And each exercise starts at a low level to set baseline for your personal skills.

How do I use it?

The first time you log in, you’ll need your library card number and an email account. With those, you’ll be able to create a personal account using a browser on a computer or mobile device. You must create your account in the browser before using the iOS app.

Once you’ve created your account, you can return to use it on any computer or mobile device, or you can use the app (which is unfortunately only available for iOS).

Once you’re settled in, you can set challenges for yourself, or navigate randomly through the exercises. How you’d like to go from there is all your choice!
