Call to Artists: Public Art for Martha Cooper Library Expansion

Project Description:

The Pima County Facilities Management Department is seeking an artist or artist team to create design/fabricate/install art work as a part of the work for the upcoming expansion of the Martha Cooper Library within the library system and the Garden District neighborhood community within which it exists.

The design of the expansion will begin with the hiring of the Architect pending the approval by the Board of Supervisors at their board meeting anticipated on March 17, 2020.

The design of the expansion is consequently not set at this time. The art work will need to be incorporated into the design of the expansion and site improvements. The budget reflects the inclusion of the design, fabrication and installation for the public artwork.
