Thank you for your patience during our period of limited services. We are working on a phased plan to expand services over time. We all know this will be a long haul, and your cooperation means so much to us.
We know you really want to browse the shelves, but for now, the only way to borrow an item from the Library is to put it on hold. You can place holds:
- Online in the catalog
- Via the Library app
- By phone by calling Infoline at 520-791-4010 (open Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm)
We will let you know when they are ready for pickup.
It may take a bit longer to get your holds than usual. We hope to be back to our usual speedy service soon. In the meantime, we thank you for working with us.
If you no longer need an item you have on hold, please cancel it. You can do that online, in the app, or by calling Infoline.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, items will remain on your library card a few extra days after you return them. We are currently setting everything aside for at least three (3) working days before processing them. This wait time may be longer depending on the amount of backlog at the library branch.
Please also keep in mind that all libraries are closed during the weekend at this time, so you may see an additional delay depending on when you returned the materials. If your items are still not showing as returned within two weeks from the due date, please contact us with your library card number and we can check on the status of your account.
