What does it mean when I get the message "Your record is in use by system. Please try again later."?
The system runs updates and backups between 10pm and 1am every day.
During this time it may lock records to protect them from errors.
If you experience this message between 10pm and 1am, please try using My Account before 10pm or after 1am.
If you are receiving this message at a time other than above, please contact our technical support and let us know when you are trying to log in.
