About the Trailers
In these productions, groups of teens were inspired to write a script, draw a storyboard and act in a movie trailer that depicts some of their favorite books. The groups were led by Joanna Peled, Librarian/Manager of the Southwest Library.
They collaborated with Tucson's City Channel 12, which provided staff and equipment to direct, shoot, edit, and assist in bringing to life the scripts and storyboards that these teens created.
For an article on the making of the trailers see the American Library Association web site.
