How do I enter?

• Post your video to PCPL's YouTube Group.
• Never used YouTube before? Get started with the YouTube help center.

What are the rules for this contest?

• This contest is open to Pima County residents ages 17 and younger.
• Videos may not be longer than 3 minutes.
• Videos that endorse or oppose any political candidate or party, or that include offensive language or obscene behavior will not be accepted.
• All entries must be the original work of the teen participant and must not contain any copyright violations.
• All entries must be posted to PCPL's YouTube Group by November, 4, 2008, 12am.

How are the winners chosen?

• A panel of PCPL staff and teens will choose 3 winning entries.
• Winners will be contacted through YouTube and winning videos will be posted to the Library website on November 14, 2008.
• Winners must provide releases for every minor, authorizing PCPL to use their image on our website.

  Submit photo release forms to any library or mail them to:
