- Forms can be picked up at the Federal Building, 300 W. Congress, Room 1C, Tucson, Arizona (located at the northeast corner of Congress and Granada). Forms are located inside the IRS office not in the lobby. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

- Forms may be picked up at the State Building, 400 W. Congress, Tucson, Arizona (located at the northwest corner of Congress and Granada). Enter through the door on the West side of the building. Some standard Arizona state tax forms will be available at Eastside City Hall (7575 E. Speedway, 791-4652). Forms and Booklets are available at all Arizona Department of Revenue Offices.

United Way Free Tax Preparation
IRS-trained volunteers will prepare federal and state income tax returns and counsel clients to make sure that that hard working families claim tax benefits, such as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), for which they are eligible. The EITC Task Force of Southern Arizona's partners, led by United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, can submit returns electronically for free at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites located throughout Pima County.

Tax Credits
- Corporate and Individual Income Tax Credit for Water Conservation Systems (PDF)
- Arizona taxpayers may receive Arizona income tax credits of 25% (to a maximum of $1000) of installation costs if they install graywater collection systems in their homes. For purposes of the credit, a collection system must be able to store graywater or rainwater for future use and must allow for reuse of the water. This program applies to tax years 2007 through 2011.
