What is the password to get the download?

You must create a username and password for NetLibrary. This does not have to be your name and library card number, but it should be something you can remember. There is a "Create a free account" link beneath the login box, in the top right corner of the NetLibrary screen. You will be asked to enter your username and password when you check out a NetLibrary file, and the first time you open the file on your computer.

I burned a NetLibrary file to CD, but it won't play. Why not?

NetLibrary does not allow copies of their files to be burned to CD. Built-in digital rights management will make such copies unplayable.

The title doesn't seem to have downloaded completely. What do I do?

You must use Internet Explorer browser to download titles. Firefox and other browsers do not download correctly. Delete the file from your computer. Open Internet Explorer and go to www.netlibrary.com. Login with your NetLibrary login, and go to Checked Out Items. Download the title again.

Do not attempt to download multiple titles at one time. Starting a second download while the first book is still downloading may interrupt the first download. Download your titles one at a time.
