Location & Permanent Art

Many Color Mountain sculpture

The Mission Branch Library is located on the far southwest side of Tucson, adjacent to Kennedy Park, and within sight of "A" Mountain.

The sculpture in front of the library is called Na:nko Ma:s Du'ag Son, which means "Many Color Mountain" in the Tohono O'odham language.

The sculpture consists of two rows of colorful towers, each evoking the silhouette of a mountain range.
