- Large Meeting Rooms are available for use during normal hours of operation.
- Equipment available for Lower Level: built-in screen, TV/VCR/DVD, and PA system. Groups are advised to bring their own extension cord. All other equipment needs are to be provided by the group.
- Equipment available for Children's Meeting Room: TV/VCR/DVD. 2 adult-size tables (36" high) & 3 child-size tables (24" high). Pull-down viewing screen and dry erase board. All other equipment needs to be provided by the group.

- A room reservation is void 15 minutes after the hour if not claimed. The room may then be given to someone else.
- Groups/individuals are limited to ONE advance reservation at a time.
