Large Meeting Rooms

- Large Meeting Rooms are available for use during normal hours of operation.
- Food may be served only in Lower Level meeting room, please request access to the kitchen.
- Only light snacks may be served in the Children's room.
- Equipment available for Lower Level: built-in screen, TV/VCR/DVD, and PA system. Groups are advised to bring their own extension cord. All other equipment needs are to be provided by the group.
- Equipment available for Children's Meeting Room: TV/DVD. All other equipment needs to be provided by the group.
Study Rooms

- Time Limit: Two hours per day. Room reserved on the hour only, for example: 3-5pm.
- A room reservation is void 15 minutes after the hour if not claimed. The room may then be given to someone else.
- Groups/individuals are limited to ONE advance reservation at a time.
- No eating, drinking, or smoking in the rooms.
