Trail Dust Town
Howard Hamm, a developer wanted to set up an old west town in Tucson. He presented his plans for a frontier town to the Pima County Planning and Zoning Commission in August 1959. The frontier town was to be located on Grant Road near Tanque Verde Road.
In early September 1960, construction was begun on “Trail Dust Town.”
