Fruchthendler School--Origin of name
Named after Jacob C. Fruchthenler who served on the Tucson Unified School District board from 1955 to 1963. The name is pronounced Froock-tend-ler. The school is at 7470 E. Cloud Road and the telephone number is 731-4400.
