Ina Road—Source of Name

Ina Road is named for Ina Gittings, the Director of Women’s Physical Education at the University of Arizona for over thirty years. Ina Gittings died in 1966.
Ina pronounced her first name "EE-nah", but the road is pronounced "EYE-nah".
