Beer Bread Recipe # 1


3 tablespoons sugar 

3 cups self rising flour 

1 can beer (12 oz)

Mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour

3 cups self-rising flour 

1 can (12 oz) regular beer 

3 tablespoons sugar 

⅓ cup melted margarine

Combine sugar with flour: add beer, mix well. Put in loaf pan.  Pat down; pour melted margarine over top, back at 350 for 45 min -1 hour. Makes one large loaf.
