24-Hour Clock (Military Time)
The 24-hour clock is a form of time-keeping in which the day runs from midnight to midnight and is divided into 24 hours, numbered from 0 to 23. The 24-hour notation in the U.S. is usually referred to as "military time."

Note: If you have a hard time remembering the 24 hour time, just subtract 12 from any number over 12. Example 1600-- 16-12 =4. So 1600 is 4 p.m.
