Gammons Gulch

There is an old West town called Gammons Gulch.  Jay Gammons started building this town about 32 years ago.  Located near Benson, it attracts about 3,600 tourists a year and has been used in movies and television.  This attraction opened to tourists in 1994.
To drive to Gammons Gulch:  Gammons Gulch is about an hour away from Tucson.  Travel east on Interstate 10, take the third Benson exit (Pomerene, Exit 306) and head north.  Stay on Pomerene road, which turns into Cascabel Road, for 12 miles.  Look for the Gammons Gulch sign on the left.  Open: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays to Sundays through May.   Call first to make sure the Gammons are not busy with a movie or event and for admission fee information.
