Some records may be found online on the City of Tucson website. These records are:

·         Agendas 1997-present
·         Minutes 2003-present
·         Administrative action reports and summaries 1999-present

They can be accessed at this address:

To request minutes for dates previous to 2003, the correct procedure follows:

"The City Clerk's Office has a CD/DVD-R format available with Mayor and Council Minutes from July 7, 1986 through December 18, 2007, which is available for a fee of $5.00. All Mayor and Council Minutes prior to 1986 are available on microfilm, and are available for a fee of 25 cents per page. If anyone wants to request a set of minutes prior to 1986, they would need to have the date(s) of the meeting for us to supply it, and they would need to come into the office to review and pay for the copies before we make them. The request can be made by email to the: cityclerk@tucsonaz.gov. The request can also be made by calling the City Clerk's Office at 791-4213.”

If you have questions, please contact Norma Baldenegro, Records Supervisor in the City Clerk's Office, at 791-4213.
