Ways to Ask a Librarian your Question
- Use this form.
- Call Infoline at (520) 791-4010.
- Visit any of our library locations.
What you should know before you send us a question:
- It may take up to three days for you to receive a response to your question. It may take longer over holidays. If you need immediate assistance, call Infoline at (520) 791-4010 or visit your local branch library.
- If you do not live in Tucson or Pima County, please contact your local library first. Research assistance to those outside Pima County (Arizona) is limited to local information and referrals specific to the Tucson/Pima County geographical area.
- Questions should be brief and specific. We are not able to undertake complex, lengthy research. Generally, answers will be referrals to appropriate Internet sites or will direct you to resources available within the Pima County Public Library system.
- We are unable to provide obituaries from local Tucson newspapers through Ask A Librarian. We are always happy to assist you in person at the Main Library.
You can also search Newsbank online for local obituaries. All you need is your library card. If you do not live in Tucson or Pima County, please contact your local library for assistance. - Questions will remain confidential. As with all Internet transactions, it may be possible for others to intercept information that you have sent via the web.
