- City of Tucson Department of Neighborhood Resources
- Supports neighborhood associations and efforts to enhance the quality of life in Tucson.
- City of Tucson Community Services Department
- Local administrator of the Social Services Block Grant program, which funds services through local non-profits, including counseling, daycare, and transportation. Also administers the Community Development Block Grant program and provides programs for the homeless.
