Meeting room facilities in libraries are provided free of charge for not-for-profit community sponsored programs which are educational, cultural or civic in content. Commercial programs, for-profit, and personal social functions are not permitted.

To reserve a meeting room, first read our meeting room policy. Then print out and complete an application for meeting room use. Contact your branch library directly and take the completed application to your branch to schedule a room.

Community groups may schedule rooms up to 90 days in advance counting the current month. For example, on September 10, a meeting room may be scheduled through December 10. Meeting rooms are scheduled on a space-available basis.
