Giant molecule chains called polymers are vital to modern civilization and to life itself. Learn what makes these maverick molecules so unique and so very important. Explore, create and play with some polymers you may already know… slime, silly putty and Styrofoam. Then... make your own.

Optical Sciences at the U of A will share optical demonstrations about light and how we perceive light. Explore how a snake sees light and color. Discover all of the colors beyond the rainbow that we can’t even see.
