We are designating a Quiet Zone for those customers who would like an area where they can have a peaceful place for study, contemplation, reflection, productive thinking or to just read, with minimal disturbances.

Preschool Storytime
Designed for 3- to 5-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Stories are longer than the Toddler Storytime and the activities are more complex. Children must be able to sit still for a longer period of time than during Toddler Storytime. Preschool Storytime is 30 to 45 minutes long.

Recycled Bicycle Tube Jewelry Workshop
You can turn bicycle tubes into beautiful jewelry! In this workshop, lead by Bicas, you will learn how to make flowers, bracelets, feathers and chains that can be used to make vegan belts, headbands, bracelets, and other imaginative uses from salvaged bike tubes that are no longer suitable for transportation.
Located in the heart of downtown Tucson, BICAS (Bicycle Inter-Community Art & Salvage) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit collectively-run community art, education and recycling center for bicycles that welcomes people of all ages and walks of life.
Please arrive early as this event is limited to 45 participants.

Read to a Dog
Hey kids! Read to one of the dogs and have fun while improving your reading skills! Therapy dogs love to have books read to them. They never criticize your reading skills and will often lick your hand to show appreciation. They just love to be read to by children.
