Advanced Facebook
Are you one of the millions of Facebook users saying to themselves, "I'm on Facebook, now what?" In this course, you will learn more fun Facebook features such as fan pages, photo albums, tagging, chatting and e-mailing. This is a follow-up to the OASIS Connections course "The Facebook Starter Kit." If you haven't taken that course, you should at least have a Facebook account and know how to post and add friends. Be sure to bring your Facebook login information (e-mail address and password) to class.
Session 2 of 4. To register, call 520-594-5365 starting Wednesday, January 16th. Registration is limited to 10 students.

Practice your English conversation skills with trained, volunteer tutors from Literacy Volunteers of Tucson. Classes may include some reading and writing to stimulate discussion. Call 594-5365 to inquire. Parents please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own childcare arrangements for children under the age of 8.

Read to a Dog
Nanini Branch Library invites you to come read to a dog! Certified therapy dogs love to come to the library to listen to young readers.
Reading to a dog gives children a chance to improve their reading skills in a relaxed, comfortable environment with a non-judgmental listener.
