Policies Every Nonprofit Organization Should Consider Having
When we think of nonprofit policies, we generally think of financial policies. Those are important! But in this session we will also examine other kinds of organizational policies that can help drive an organization to its next level of performance: those pertaining to programs, fundraising, marketing, staff development, volunteers, and board organization. A topic for nonprofit managers and board members!
Presented by Clyde Kunz. With more than 23 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Clyde Kunz has worked with many nonprofit organizations in organizational development and fundraising capacities. He also teaches Board Governance and Resource Development for the Nonprofit Management Institute at the ASU Lodestar Center. Mr. Kunz has been actively involved in professional organizations and has served on several nonprofit boards. Currently, he serves on the boards of directors of two private foundations, one local and one national.
