It's Your Estate

In our “It’s Your Estate” program we teach attendees about: Will, Probate, Durable Powers, Advanced Health Care Directive and Living Trust. We spend 1 ½ hours on charitable gift annuity and charitable remainder trust. You will learn about tax-efficient ways to fulfill your charitable and personal goals.

Our goal is to produce an environment where a sophisticated, knowledgeable and experienced individual will feel comfortable inviting their parents or their successor trustees to the workshop series for the pure educational content. The workshops can be the catalyst for open dialogue among family members to communicate their most important desires. Consequently, no solicitation or selling is allowed. Speakers will not access the contact information of the audience. For-profit sponsors are not allowed to participate.
Rules: No commercial or for-profit sponsors. No speaker will receive attendee’s name, address or phone number. No financial or insurance product will be sold. No charity will solicit you for donation.
Yes, this is practical education free to the supporters of charitable causes.
