Free GED Classes - Preparation and Tutoring
At this drop-in class get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with their Adult Education Certifications, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes, which are held three days a week. Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8. Registration is not required.

Reading Partners brings adult volunteers and children together to share their love of reading. Our trained Reading Partners, Miss Marilyn, Miss Jo, and Miss Bid take joy in reading stories one-on-one to your child during your visit to the library. They also welcome your child reading to them. Reading Partners is generously supported by the Friends of the Pima County Public Library.

We now have two wonderful dogs to read to! Come meet our new dog, Jesse. Jesse's handler is Barbara Taylor. Jesse will be in the Children's section of the library. All ages are welcome to read to Jesse.

Designed for children 18- to 36-months-old. Parents/caregivers and children interact through stories, songs, and rhymes. Stories are kept short to fit the toddlers' short attention spans. Each Toddler storytime is 20 to 30 minutes long.
