Based on the popular books on supermarket and fast food options, Eat This, Not That will offer great insights on how to better choose what you eat. Receive helpful information for choosing what to purchase for home made meals and restaurant dining. Information relates to healthy nutrition choices in regards to amounts of fat, sugar, sodium, chemicals and calories.
Presented by the Wellness Council of Arizona.
