Preschool Storytime

Designed for 3- to 5-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Stories are longer than the Toddler Storytime and the activities are more complex. Children must be able to sit still for a longer period of time than during Toddler Storytime. Preschool Storytime is 30 to 45 minutes long.

Wear This Lei!

Come celebrate Spring! Learn how to make a Hawaiian Lei and also learn a traditional hula dance. You can choose from four different types of leis: silk flower, yarn, money, or candy. Taiana Hashim will teach you how to create a lei, and then teach the Flower Lei Hula. Open to all ages.

Read to a Dog

Hey kids! Read to one of the dogs and have fun while improving your reading skills! Therapy dogs love to have books read to them. They never criticize your reading skills and will often lick your hand to show appreciation. They just love to be read to by children.
