Free GED/HSE Preparation and Tutoring

At this drop-in session, get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED/HSE at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with Adult Education Certification, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes.

Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8.

Martha Cooper Branch Library, 1377 N. Catalina Ave. Registration is not required.

Designed for children 18- to 36-months-old. Parents/caregivers and children interact through stories, songs, and rhymes. tories are kept short to fit the toddlers' short attention spans. Each Toddler storytime is 20 to 30 minutes long.

Learn how playing with your child can promote healthy cognitive and emotional development. Our playgroup includes songs, games and play that promote language acquisition, social/emotional skills, motor skills, and intellectual growth.

In this course we will discuss any questions you may have about using your iPad. We will discuss what's new at the library including the new library apps. The emphasis will be on using the library downloads: ebooks, audio books, magazines, videos, and music.

ReadStrong: Level Up Your Reading @ Your Library

Drop-in on a ReadStrong session to level up your reading skills. All ages are welcome to attend these free sessions where the focus is on improving reading skills and reading for fun.
