Proposal Writing Basics Workshop

This workshop discusses the process of writing a proposal to a private foundation or corporate funder. Learn about the organizational resources required to write a grant proposal as well as the resources offered by the library to help you. The basic elements of a private grant proposal will be discussed. Registration is required.

Do you want to have a previous proposal you’ve written reviewed in the class with tips for improvement? Send it in a Word Document format to grantsinfocenter@pima.gov by November 9th.

You will learn to use the library downloads: ebooks, audio books, magazines and music. You will learn about the buttons and physical features, how to connect to wifi, set up email accounts and contacts. Not a lecture, this class is all hands-on learning with a high-speed Internet connection. You will open your own free email account to send and receive email with friends and relatives.
