Computer Class-Basics to Email Series
Get familiar with a computer, manipulate the mouse, and use the keyboard. Explore the Windows operating system. Surf the World Wide Web, set up a free web mail, and learn how to type and send emails in the complete Basics series.
Part 5 of 10. An introduction to Microsoft Word. Basic computing skills are needed before taking this class. Registration is required. Please call 594-5420 to register.

Free GED Classes - Preparation and Tutoring
All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with their Adult Education Certifications, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes, which are held three days a week. Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8.

Our computer instructor is available to answer any questions you might have on a wide variety of computer topics. Topics can include resume writing, online job searching, email accounts, Internet searching and more.

Two-hour, free parking in the library garage under the library now available when attending a library-sponsored program.

Learn how to set up a free electronic mail account on the web. Learn how to type and send emails, check your email and open attachments, attach your own files, and use your email to register at online sites. Mouse (pointing, clicking, and dragging) and keyboard experience or completion of the Computer Basics class required.
