Preschool Storytime is for 3- to 5-year-olds and their parents. Activities help children learn colors, numbers, and letters. This program is 30 to 45 minutes. Children must be able to sit for longer periods than during Toddler Storytime.

Free GED Classes - Preparation and Tutoring

At this drop-in class get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with their Adult Education Certifications, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes, which are held three days a week. Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8. Registration is not required.

Read to a Dog

Hey kids! Read to Hootch and have fun while improving your reading skills! Therapy dogs love to have books read to them. They never criticize your reading skills and will often lick your hand to show appreciation. They just love to be read to by children.
