Quiet Zone / La Zona de Silencio

We are designating a Quiet Zone for those customers who would like an area where they can have a peaceful place for study, contemplation, reflection, productive thinking or to just read, with minimal disturbances.

Introduction to Microsoft Word

In this course you will learn valuable word processing skills like creating, saving and retrieving documents; inserting and deleting text; formatting text; and using cut, copy and paste.

Before you take this course, you should have some experience with the computer and the Windows operating system.

Drop-in Learning Lab

At this drop-in session for all ages, get one-on-one assistance on any topic: Homework Help, GED study, basic job preparation, eReaders, or general computer help…all at your own pace.

Free GED Preparation and Tutoring

At this drop-in session, get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with Adult Education Certification, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes.

Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8.

Bilingual Storytime

Designed for children and their parents or caregivers. We will read stories, sing and do a craft to take home.
