TV Studio Production with Access Tucson
CreateIT - Think it. Make it. Do it. Digital Media and Technology classes for teens.
Teens will learn TV studio production and interview techniques in a real working television studio! Classes will take place at Access Tucson. The class runs for 2 weeks, Monday through Friday, June 17-21 and June 24-28, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Storytime
Toddler Storytime
Designed for children 18- to 36-months-old. Parents/caregivers and children interact through stories, songs, and rhymes. Stories are kept short to fit the toddlers' short attention spans. Each Toddler storytime is 20 to 30 minutes long.

Attention Summer Reading Passport holders! Drop in to the Click Club to fulfill some of the activities on the list of 100 or just drop in for fun. You’ll learn to take a virtual tour of a museum, download a song on Freegal, or discover an online story.
Drop in times are every Friday 10am-12noon beginning June 8, and every Tuesday 1-3pm beginning June 12.

Free GED Preparation and Tutoring
At this drop-in session, get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with Adult Education Certification, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes.
Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8.

Making Stories That Move: Words, Pictures, Sounds
CreateIT - Think IT. Make IT. Do IT. New technology and media classes for teens.
Go beyond learning how to use technology tools, to using technology for effective communication. This workshop will integrate the writing process with technology tools to create a multi-media production using applications like Flash animation, video, still photography, and the like, with attention to audience, purpose, and publication. This class meets June 25-June 29 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Funding for CreateIT is through a grant from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records Agency under the Library Services and Technology Act, which is administered by the Institute for Museum and Library Services.
These free classes are open to middle school and high school students.
