Nonprofit Sustainability: Is Your Approach Right for You?

Presented by Patrick McWhorter, President & CEO of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits
Everyone knows that Nonprofits must find a sustainable form of support. We most often turn to grant writing and events, but that may not be the approach that works best with all nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit missions fall into specific categories that lend themselves to specific types of fund development. This workshop will explore the various types and match them to the best strategies.

Subsequently, participants will explore the Matrix Map developed by Jeanne Bell, Jan Masoaka, and Steve Zimmerman in their book, Making Strategic Decisions for Financial Viability, determining where their programs and fund development efforts fall. Participants will leave the workshop with ideas to guide them in strategic planning.

Registration for this event is required. Register for this event online or call 520-791-4010
