Armchair Adventures
Have chair, will travel. Join us for one of Tucson's best free escapes, as world travelers share slides and stories of their adventures. Be part of what has been a perennial favorite for more than 15 years.
In the summer of 2012, Shari and Richard Thompson spent four and a half weeks traveling in Alaska. High-definition video and still images have been edited into a fully narrated presentation of the adventure, which will be shown from an HD Blu-ray disc. You will see bush plane flights, tidewater glaciers, awesome mountains, and lots of wildlife, including close-ups of Alaskan brown bears. Come and see nature at its best!

Intermediate Microsoft Word
This course focuses on intermediate word-processing skills like formatting longer documents, using clipart, using templates and styles, creating and editing tables and creating mail merges. This is a follow-up to Introduction to Microsoft Word. If you haven’t taken that course, you should at least be familiar with the basic features and functions of Microsoft Word.
