Reducing Stress Through Meditation
The scientific community has been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. William Smith, a retired Lieutenant Army Colonel who has meditated more than 30 years, will discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation in reducing stress-related responses, improving concentration, and enhancing clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple and powerful meditaion technique that can enrich your life personally, professionally, and spiritually.
